Page order is imposed for booklet, print two sides, duplex, vertical 8 1/2 x 11 inches. Maintain all/blank/non-printing pages. Cut stack in half to make two booklets. Completed booklet folds to 5 1/2 vertical by 4 1/4 horizontal, one spine staple per booklet is sufficient.
